Douglas A. Nyce, MBA
For more than a quarter century, the driving force behind Nyce & Co. Inc., Douglas A. Nyce, has engaged in a wide range of real estate development activities both in the Mid-Atlantic States and numerous foreign countries. Today, he continues a tradition of unwavering commitment to quality undertakings by demonstrating sensitivity to local culture and communities.
Nyce earned an MBA from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduate school, he was offered a position in Columbia, Maryland, with an affiliate of James Rouse. Best known for the festival marketplace concept such as Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Norfolk’s Waterside, Rouse is considered one of the top 100 people to have made a significant impact on society during the 20th century.
